Coffee Chat

For Child Care Aware of Virginia’s 7th Annual Curbside Coffee Chat, we enjoyed hot coffee and pastries from Perk! Coffee & Lunchbox while connecting with legislators to discuss the importance of quality child care in our community. This year, parents, child care staff and partner organizations joined together to share our collective stories, highlight the vital role of child care, and advocate for policies that support families and providers alike. The collective voices and perspectives were invaluable in ensuring that quality child care continues to be a priority for our legislators.
