Community Services Coordinator

Our Community Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and management of community, public education and outreach services conducted by our central administrative office and our regional child care resource centers throughout the state. Our clientele include families seeking child care, the child care provider workforce, our elected officials, and public/corporate/private community partners. You must be a highly-motivated self-starter with strong community relations and communication skills and exceptional technical skills, including experience managing social media. Public speaking/media relations/advocacy and presentation development skills are a plus. Knowledge or experience in the child care/child development field is a plus. Professional Development Specialist

Our Professional Development Specialist assists with the development and oversight of our statewide child care provider PD and technical assistance services provided by our central administrative office and our Regional Child Care Resource Centers. This includes development and oversight of provider TA/business support services, coordination of statewide training programs (grant-funded training projects), training/curriculum development, project management and reporting, seeking new PD programming/opportunities for our network, training and supporting our regional network staff. This position also manages a web-based resource site for child care providers – strong technical skills, including database/web-platform management skills are necessary. Our candidate must be a highly-organized self-starter who is able to work independently while managing multiple overlapping project timelines.
